Read them and know we are not lying, not even stretching the truth. It all there in black & white!
On another website, you can read documents on some of the past actions of the tribe, NC and GT/RB:

Look under "more documents to look over........" and you'll find several documentation regarding the Kialegee Casino.

I'm helping my grandson with the challenge bowl questions and never read the constitution until now.
It says it requires 20- percent of the registered voters to recall the principal chief, second chief or supreme court justice.
It requires 75 percent of the voters to recall national council members.
I'd say we file an impeachment on tiger and Barnett and have a whole new election. Recall them before the federal government recalls us.
Oh and by the way, my grandson called George Tiger Lord Voldemort. I don't know what that means but he said he'll learn to duel so he can defeat him. Kids these days.

The sad truth is, 20% percent of the 18,000 registered voters is 3,600 folks.
Only 4,600 voted in the last General. That means you would need 78% of the folks who cared enough to bother to vote in the last General Election vote to recall these clowns.
Unfortunately, not likely. Especially since 2600 voted for the Clown-in-Chief: Ol'George.
The folks who voted for Georgie did so because they wanted free stuff. I expect they aren't about to vote to recall him, even if he bankrupts the Nation and the Feds take over.

On what is probably his last official act as the Nation's Gaming Commissioner, Jason Nichols came out against the KTT casino in Broken Arrow and tells newspaper the KTT scheme is illegal under M(C)N law.
Let's wait and see what GT's new gaming commissioner has to say. No doubt he'll be all for it.

Better than what? Leaders with no morals or good character? All we have to look forward to is illegal acts. You probably didn't like Chief Ellis, but it can never be said he stole tribal money or took tribal money illegally. That was something new.

your name must be nation and your on the kickback list. you better hope you ain't at the bottom or you won't what old george promised you. there just won't be enough to go around once he gets his. the nation is doomed!

When Tiger takes his oath to defend the Muscogee Nation and the Constution his first action should be to denounce and stop the tribal town casino in the Creek Nation boundrys. If he fails to do so it will show his weakness in being a new leader and the lack of protecting our Nations sovereignty. This may one prommice he cannot keep to the land owners in Broken Arrow who strongly supported him.If he supports the preposed casino the Nation will be looked at as a weak goverment by the Washington goverment .They then will say the Creek Nation cannot handel their own affairs. This could be a make it or break it of our Nations future. Tiger is on record for supporting this casino earlyer this year along with the newly elected second chief.Tigers decission on this matter will show if we will have strong or weak leadership in the making. The eyes are upon you.Start off your leadership by defending our citizens and the Muscogee Nation. Please don't sell out the Nation.

maybe you should say pretty please with sugar on it...he is going to support it fully and then its open season and guess what no one cares or he wouldn't have gotten elected

Lots of $$$$$$$$$$$$$to be made for those who go along with the KTT casino. Most likely $$$$$$$$$$$$$ has already be paid out. The company ? who is financing the project no doubt has big bucks. Who is the company George?

Let's hold him to his words. Tigerforchief.com says he'll put the citizens first but it should say he puts the almighty dollar above everything else. Here's what he told the voters:
"He has, and will, ensure that the members of the Tribe receive all that they deserve. He puts the members first, no matter how unpopular that choice may be."
Wonder if George wakes up every morning and looks at the mirror with a big grin and asks "Mirror, mirror on the wall, who is the best chief of them all?"
Reply to this
George, those of us who are against the Kialegee casino are also Creek citizens, tribal members and Creek voters. I'm not sure how to take your words "that members of the tribe receive all they deserve". Do we deserve to be heard or what do you believe we deserve?

The Broken Arrow City Council unanimously approved a resolution tonight for a cease and desist order to be sent to the Kialegee Tribe to stop work on the proposed Red Clay casino.
It was evident from the hundreds of people that showed up to the meeting that we are a united front to do whatever we can to stop the casino from being built here.
There are news articles up reporting on tonight's council meeting and giving more of the details.

We realize that the city council's resolution is mostly symbolic, as a strong statement of where BA city government stands on this issue, without the ability to enforce it, as the city has no jurisdiction over the land.

Ole George has already taken the oath, so I've been awaiting his big speech about the Kialegee casino in our lands. I guess he will do that at his coronation, excuse me, inauguration. I am just so curious at what he will say as any word of encouragement or acceptance of the casino will mean he will be breaking Constitutional laws, but he did say he would do his pronouncement after he took office.

his "pronouncement" don't matter you need to look in the barn that your closing the door on all the little cowies are long gone

Very good news for both BA and MCN: The Oklahoma Attorney General Scott Pruitt is getting involved and requesting all documents from BIA and NICG related to the proposed casino in Broken Arrow and the land the KTT wants to build it on.
Pruitt asks federal officials for documents on proposed BA casino
published January 4, 2012, Tulsa World

From the article:
“The purpose of my request is to enable my office to determine whether any state laws or compacts have been violated by any of the parties involved in this proposed casino,” Pruitt’s letter states.

This could eventually lead to Ol'George and Roger's downfall. They have stirred up a whirlwind by their public support of this illegal attempt to open a casino on land not on KTT land. The state could very well subpoena their personal financial records as this thing snowballs. They cannot hide behind tribal sovereignty to avoid compliance. What's more, the state AG could decide to play hard ball with Roger and charge him with felony failure to pay his child support obligations. And if Roger is convicted, he's out of tribal government under M(C)N law.

YAY!!! Let's hope so! Get them out before they get in to do any damage to the Tribe and Tribal Sovereignty!!! They just got TOO GREEDY!!!

How did George and Roger ever support this in the first place? It is a clear strike at the soveriegnty of the Muscogee Nation. Allowing it, or even supporting it, would set a dangerous precedent not only for the Muscogee Nation but for other Five Civilized Tribes.
Reply to this
Because of the loss of our Sovereignty possibility, you would think the other tribes are greatly interested in what George is doing over here, but nary a word. Is that because they're afraid to rock the boats they're rowing, and they think they will be safe from the Feds? Not on your life. All changes in laws and regulations set precedents for all of Indian Country, and looks like Creek Nation will go down as the tribe that got the rules changed. No sovereignty no more!

The other tribal leaders won't say anything because then Tulsa area will be fair game to them.
The Chicks and Chocs have money. They can build anywhere now.
They will put us out of business in 2 years.

I'll be surprized if "Red Clay" Casino does not open, it has a good chance of making a few Indians lots of money; however, have you noticed everyday, a new big name comes out to make a comment, like Pruitt, AG of Oklahoma, Sullivan, Corburn, Inhoff, who will log in next? Folks, we may be seeing the beginning of a scale back of soverign rights coming down the tube, and, it will effect all tribes not just Creek Nation. We are not creating supporters for Creek Nation.

This is bad folks. George and Roger's evil scheme to hook-up Marcella and their KTT pals with a casino in the heart of the M(C)N has succeeded in alienating both Oklahoma senators and the US representative for the district.
And if the State of Oklahoma wasn't already mad enough at the M(C)N over all the illegal tobacco shenanigans, they have even more reason to deal harshly with the Nation going forward.
Folks need to remember, the US Congress has absolute power over tribes by virtue of the US Constitution and a long line of federal case law. If the Okie congressional delegation gets PO'ed enough, they probably have the stroke to get a bill passed in Congress to do things to M(C)N, and to KTT too for that matter, that would not be pleasant.
Good going George. You rock.

What are your expectations for Chief Tiger's statements on Monday (Jan. 15) about the KTT casino in BA? Will he publicly endorse it or oppose it, on behalf of the Muscogee people?
I have heard that the KTT members hadn't heard about this particular casino project until the people in BA found out last month and that most are opposed to it, too. Is this true, from what you know?
Why is Marcella Giles not speaking out in support of the BA Red Clay Casino? Her face, tribal identity, and her many years of legal experience in the area of Indian land and trust issues would certainly be a benefit to be exploited, if she chose to engage the media and address the matter publicly, but she has remained silent. Why do you think that is? She has worked hard for this project for a long time, from what I've read. Why does she stay behind the scenes and avoid answering the media's questions when attempts are made to contact her? Instead, they have another DC attorney, Dennis Whittlesy, who represents the Florence Development Partners (which includes Marcella Giles and Wynema Capps, too) talking to our local media.
In your opinion, is Giles interested in personal enrichment for this project alone, and/or to help the KTT, or is she trying to help others set a legal precedent for allowing casinos to be built on individual allotted land, particularly land that might not already be under the tribal jurisdiction of the tribe who wants to build it?
I'd like to know more about what people in the MCN think of her.

Why would national Indian gaming would do anything about the kialagee casino? Marcella Giles oldest son JASON GILES is in the upper echelon of executive management. And you all should know how the federal government works! Who has the deepest pockets and who has their hands out for money!! OUR BELOVED GEORGE TIGER IS RIGHT IN THE Middle of this and it is well known it is also known! Tom wilmot and the wilmorite company has george, roger, and the Fifes in their back pockets!!!!! So on Monday don't expect George to come out guns firing on the kialagee project. Expect him and his cronies to say something very modest!!!!!
It is also known that George and his cronies are dismantling finance!!!!! Does that surprise you!! I would think not!!!!! Nobody guarding the hen house!!!!! Time for some constitution amendments!!!!!!!! How many of the creek citizens are ready to take the nation back??????
And somebody please tell me how the Townsend family became so important to creek nation!!!!

While I have no advance copy or actual knowledge of what ol'George will say at his big press conference on MLK Monday, I bet it will be something like this:
"Dear Friends in the Media. I know you have all been waiting on me to state a position on the matter of the Kialegee's efforts to open a casino on land owned by some Muscogee (Creek) citizens.
Well folks, here goes. The fact is, the Kialegees are Creeks. Just like me and every citizen of our great Muscogee (Creek) Nation. Therefore, what kind of Principal Chief would I be if I opposed a plan to build a casino that will help our fellow Creeks, the Kialegees? I would be a bad Chief if I did that. Therefore, I do not oppose the Kialegee plan. Thank you."

I have a suspicion that that "mandatory" meet & greet for all the employees (and the ridiculous Tiger/Barnett buttons everyone is being forced to wear) is so that the media will think he has all kinds of support for his position from "the people", after all, they all came to hear what he had to say...

Where is the Press Conference George has called for tomorrow January 16, 2011?
Will he have his entire cabinet with him?
Will elected people from the tribal towns, ceremonial grounds and other tribes be there?
Will it be under the Council Oak Tree?
WILL GEORGE ""CENSURE OR DENOUNCE"" THE CITY COUNCIL OF BROKEN ARROW?
Or does he only CENSURE AND DENOUNCE his own people?
Do you remember?
What will he say at his glorious press conference with all ears and eyes on him?
Will he side with the sister Kialegee tribe? (Kialegee has nothing to do with it, they probably have very little money, it's all about George's money).
Will he side with Muscogee (Creek) Nation?
He can't do that because people will say he talks out of both sides of his mouth. Yet George himself says he walks in two worlds with one spirit so talking out of both sides of his mouth is his way.
I guess the citizens of Muscogee Nation will find out where the press conference is when he is darn good and ready to let them know. It's on a need to know basis.
