Shortage of NC Speaker Candidates -- Who?

New topic. The council is in bad need for a good speaker, but tnere isn't much to choose from. From the word on the vine, Alexander, Ridge, Jones and Yahola are the choices. Humm. My Grandmother would say, that's too bad ain't it. I would have to agree with her. Don't need 3 monkeys in the same barrel. Any of the 4 could be trouble. Something to think about.

The person best suited for Speaker is not on your list.
David Hill - he has been a stable Council Member - he has been employed in a responsible postion for years - he was relected with more votes in the Primary than anyone else on the ballot -he will look out for all citizens - in fact he has no downside, which cannot be said about all the rest on your list.

The 2012 National Council will be faced with very serious Nation shaking issues created by the new executives.
1. Casino in Broken Arrow.
2. Character and background in general.
3. Management skill level.
The persons mentioned( Alexander, Quiet, Jones, Yaholla) all have such a connection with the government it is extremely questionable they could stand up to an old pal.

It looks like Ol George is already in his biggest fight ever as the NEW CHIEF. He has the local, county, state and federal ELECTED officials opposing the favor he owes to the GILES FAMILY. How will he get out of this one? It looks like to keep his political image in tact with non tribal elected official and non tribal citizens he will have to sacrifice having the GILES family on his side. I'm still waiting on his big announcement. Looks like he is staying quiet hoping this will all go away

Issue will never leave George's side. It will forever hang from his neck like his dealings with the Okmulgee Community. He will forever be tied to this casino fight, for not being on the side of his own Creek Nation.
Another one who is strongly tied to George and the Giles family is Council Member MS Cherrah Ridge (Quiett), who is sl---ing with the enemy Marcella Giles's son. And for that reason alone, George will probably finagle her the Speaker's position. No lies here. Just look for it.
It's becoming more difficult as to who or what will help George's political image.

The latest news is they are engaged! (Ridge-Giles) Don't forget about Marcella Giles' other son Jason who is the Deputy Director/General Counsel for NIGA - right along with Ernie Stevens, Chairman of NIGA that was in a George Tiger video supporting him
Marcella Giles is a worthless attorney, she cannot finish anything she has been taking money from Hickory Ground and producing no results for them! why? because she's been working on her casino project all this time. But occasionally will drag Cherrah around DC from office to office to give the impression that she has the tribal council and administration behind her and not accomplishing anything.

Let's see who all is connected and how they are in George Tiger's back pocket and connected to the Kialegee Casino:
GT-testified in court and is supposedly getting kickbacks and under the table deals.
R. Barnett-same as George but twice as dumb.
C. Quiett-Future Giles and will vote what George tells her. Prospective Chief candidate.
Ade-kickback under the table
Hill-relied on George to get votes and is a coward
Greene-possible kickback and used George for her brochure in general election.
Thomas-possible kickback and George supporter. Will rely on George to win seat again.
Beaver-Beaver's son is the director of the unbuilt museum. He'll vote however to keep his son's job.
Hufft-Tiger supporter. Raise your hand if you've been personally victimized or harassed by this man.
Wiley-newly reappointed attorney general.
Bigler-special judge. Kialegee's will bring the issue to the district court and he'll rule in favor of them.
Marshall- wanted to keep his job.
Fife-Supposedly listed as an advisor to the casino project. Fife wants to make millions but not work. He's not assistant to the laziest man in Creek County.
Yonne Tiger- kickback and will make millions if she's on the counsel against the state or federal government.
Can't forget our resident Creek-wannabe Geoffrey Standing Bear. He'll be like Yonne Tiger and collect a hefty salary just being on counsel.
The Supreme Court-They'll rule in favor if the issue is brought in the district court. Harjo-Ware and the others will rule in favor and make the others vote in the favor of George Tiger. Let's not forget that some of the justices term of offices are up this year and the next.
Wofford-Gerald is in charge of the newspaper and he'll tell him not to print anything about the issue for the creek citizens to read about. Gerald will do it too because he supports George.
Medina/Proctor/Jones/Wind/Yahola-Spineless, petty pawns in this whole mess. They'll vote in support of George Tiger.
Sam Alexander- He was named speaker but he cannot vote on anything. He may just sponsor the legislation as long as he can get a kickback.
Coachman- the newest member of the national council will probably fall right in line with the others.
Nichols-Is it possible to bring back Jason as Gaming Commissioner if Nichols follows George?
What is it about this casino that must be opened up now? What happens if the Feds do come in? Can George flee the country with the amount of money that he gets. Can the IRS and government bring him down for tax evasion?
If he's trying to steal money and cheat the US government and abuse sovereign powers, will that make him a domestic terrorist?
Only time will tell....

I heard Sam Alexander is the new Speaker of the National Council and Cherrah Quite is the Second Speaker. Did they have an official council meeting to elect these individuals? George said he wanted unity..I guess having the Council in his hip pocket is unity.

RE-ELECTION CAMPAIGN UNDER WAY. Barely two weeks after taking the oath of office Second Chief Roger D. Barnett began is campaign for re-election by mass mailing calenders for 2012 to Citizens of the Muscogee Nation. These calenders are clearly marked " With compliments Office of 2nd Chief Roger D. Barnett. I'm glad that Roger has done something that will remind me everyday how well he will be looking after the Nations well being.

Just received my calendar today. How can Roger give them to us? I thought they were an expense of the Nation (us).
You can't give us something that is already ours (funding from our money). When its with "compliments of", it means
Roger paid for it. Hardly. Is it the phrase out of his own mouth, or Gerald Wofford or Eddie Marshall?
As for the calendar, it is good that it is a tribute to our Creek military personnel and not about politics or politicians, outside of that phrase "Compliments of".
